The Waterhole Music Lounge is a lively Saranac Lake destination where locals and visitors gather for live music, drinks, and a social atmosphere. The street-level bar is open daily and features one of the largest selections of craft beer in the Blue Line, making it a popular stop for beer enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.
Outside, the multi-level patio is a standout space on Main Street, offering seating, sunshine, and games like ping-pong. It also hosts the popular “Party on the Patio”—a free outdoor concert series held every Thursday from May through October.
In winter, The Waterhole becomes a major hub during Saranac Lake’s Winter Carnival, hosting multiple musical acts and one of the biggest dance parties in town after the parade.
Upstairs, the Music Lounge serves as a year-round live venue with regional and national touring acts, a full dance floor, and a bar featuring local beers on tap. A third-floor balcony adds extra seating and a great view of the stage.
The venue is also used for private events like weddings, parties, and reunions, making it a flexible and well-known entertainment space in the Adirondacks.
