‍How to get there

Take County Route 23 north from Malone and turn right on US 11, following signs for Burke. After crossing the bridge in Burke, take the first right on Depot Street. Look for St. George Country Patch on the right park on the street in front of the church (do not use the church parking lot), then walk to the back of the lot where you’ll see an obvious trailhead near a gate. Follow this well-worn trail down to the river, and continue past the area with smooth rock slides and small drops. At the river, turn left and head upstream along the riverbed, following the shoreline trail when possible and crossing the riverbed as needed to stay on route. Keep to the right side of the river (“river right”) and continue upstream until you reach the far end of the island on your right. From there, cross toward the left channel, where you can access and view the waterfall from downstream.
