Our region is known for great fishing, with the Adirondacks offering more than 3,000 freshwater locations, perfect for both beginner and seasoned anglers.

In our many lakes, ponds, and waterways live Trout (Brook, Brown, Rainbow, and Lake), Splake, Landlocked Salmon, Bass (Smallmouth and Largemouth), Northern Pike, and Walleye.

However you want to cast a line and see what’s biting, you’ll be sure to reel in something special on an Always Franklin fishing trip!

Don’t forget to obtain a fishing license before you get started: Click here.

Remember to practice Clean, Drain, Dry to prevent the spread of invasive species. More information can be found here.
