We are a Traditional "from scratch" Bakery offering Pastries (Croissants, Cinnamon Buns, Scones & Muffins). We also offer Gluten Free treats (as well as Dairy Free and/or Vegan whenever possible), and our line of Savory Pastries including the Dutch Knuckle Cheese Stick & Bun, Savory Puff Pies, Breads and of course Bagels! We source local fresh ingredients from Harmony Hills, Sugarhouse Creamery, North Country Creamery, Asgaard Farms, Northern Orchard and many other local farms.
